In order to make your stay as informative as possible, this General Information Directory has been designed to list certain points which might be useful. Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us.
We wish you a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

RECEPTION 
Our reception opening hours are from 08:00-22:00/00:00hrs (midnight).
CHECK-IN 
Check-In time is from 14:00hrs. If you would like to check-in before that time, this can be done upon availability. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage at the reception area until the room will be ready.
CHECK-OUT 
Check-Out time is at 12:00hrs. If you would like to book a late check-out, you can add 1 extra night to your reservation to ensure having the apartment until your late hours departure. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage at reception after your check-out, and use our hotel facilities (pool, restaurant, changing rooms with showers by the swimming pool, parking).
AIRPORT TRANSFER 
Our team will be happy to assist you and book your arrival/departure taxi transfer from the airport. Paphos Airport is located approximately 12km from the hotel, about a 25minutes drive. Larnaca Airport is around 120km away, with a travel time of approximately 1,5-2hrs drive.

ADAPTORS 
Three-pin adaptors can be borrowed from our Reception Desk. To ensure availability for all guests, a maximum of 1-2adaptors my be borrowed per room.
SAFE BOX 
The management is not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or other possessions belonging to customers. We suggest that you protect your valuables by placing them in one of our safety deposit boxes. Extra charge apply.
PARKING & SECURITY GATE 
Private gated free parking is available for all in-house customers. Our receptionist can provide a Security Gate Remote to enter to the hotel when our reception office is closed. A deposit of 20EUR in cash is required which is returnable when you no longer need the remote.
TOWEL & LINEN 
All apartments are cleaned daily. Towels and bedsheets are changed every 3-4days during the stay.
Extra towels and Pool towels are available from reception for an extra charge.

AIR-CONDITIONING 
Individual remote control is given by our receptionist. For optimal performance, ensure the balcony door is fully closed - opening it will automatically deactivate the air-conditioning system. 1 unit of air-conditioning is included in your accommodation for 2people in our studios and apartments. A 2nd unit (available in the 1-2Bedroom apartments) can be used on request for extra charge. If you are more than 2 people in the apartment, the air-conditioning is included for all units.
MOBILITY FRIENDLY FACILITIES
Pagona ensures easy access to the restaurant, parking, swimming pool and to our Superior Apartments for our customers who have mobility issues. All our Superior Apartments have walk-in shower for easy access. In case you have not made any prior arrangements for a mobility friendly apartment, please enquire for availability and further assistance.
VISITORS POLICY
To ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of all our customers, Pagona has established the following visitors policy.
Visitors are allowed between 7-21:00hrs. Any visitor staying beyond visiting hours must be registered at reception as an overnight guest. The registered guest is responsible for informing the reception of any expected visitors. Visitors must follow all hotel policies, including noise control and respecting the privacy of other guests.
